Mixing Method: Add at the last step. Avoid temperatures above 40C
Heat resistance: Avoid heat above 40C
Precaution: The formula must have a pH of 5.5-7.0 so that Papain is stable, Do not be heated above 40 degrees. The finished formula should be kept at a low temperature (6-15 degrees) for the longest life of the enzyme and The formula should contain Disodium EDTA 0.1-0.2% to help prevent metal ions from destroying the enzyme- Papain Maiden.
Recommended Storage: Our powders should be stored in cool temperatures away from direct sunlight and moisture in an airtight container
